Michael Silver is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of AlphaScale, where he helps financial advisors and RIAs, as well as wealth and asset management firms, achieve sustainable growth and scale. With more than 30 years of experience as a speaker, coach, and consultant, Michael brings deep expertise in client acquisition, marketing, practice management, team development, and the client experience.
He helped build and routinely implement the AlphaScale framework for driving organic growth. Michael is frequently sought after by leading wealth and asset managers as a keynote speaker and offsite facilitator. He also personally coaches many of the industry’s fastest growing and most successful teams.
Prior to launching AlphaScale, Michael was a financial advisor for 13 years, giving him firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities advisors face. He leverages this perspective to deliver practical strategies that drive measurable impact for firms and their advisors.
Michael earned a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College and holds a Certification in Organizational and Executive Coaching from New York University.
Outside of work, Michael is passionate about wine and community. He co-founded a local wine club, now celebrating more than 22 years, and enjoys sharing great wine, food, and conversation with friends and family. He is on the Leadership Committee for the Visionaries of the Year campaign for Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Their goal is to help raise significant funds to support people battling all types of blood cancer.

Recognized for his strategic management and leadership development skills, Mark designs tailored engagements at AlphaScale that align with clients’ strategic goals, fostering differentiation and innovation.
Before creating and scaling innovative companies, Mark held executive leadership roles in global corporations, where he led initiatives that boosted revenue, streamlined sales processes, and expanded market share in competitive sectors. Throughout his corporate tenure, Mark prioritized the professional development of his team and created value-driven programs for clients, particularly wealth management firms and their financial advisors. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding tech-driven startups, collaborating with partners to scale operations and secure significant investor backing. Mark’s unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, paired with his strategic vision and hands-on approach, positions him as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and emerging entrepreneurs across diverse business landscapes.
Outside of work, Mark has been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu for many years, which sharpens his focus and problem-solving abilities, and enjoys surfing to recharge. As a podcast host, he has shared insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and industry trends, while his passion for historical reading informs his strategic perspective.

He is an author, coach, consultant, and trainer offinancial professionals. David is an experienced business manager who works solely with Financial Advisors, Planners and firms who want to organize, structure & grow their businesses by attracting, servicing, and retaining affluent clients.
David had a 30-year career at IBM including as a Business Process Reengineering Consultant and Engagement Manager for the Financial Services Industry. He also spent seven years at UBS/PaineWebber working directly with Financial Advisors to assist them in productivity growth.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from New York University.

He excels at assisting Financial Advisors and Branch Managers to realistically identify and determine a course to reach their goals. Josh is committed to over-servicing his clients to achieve maximum results and goal attainment for each participant therefore maintaining an outstanding rate in client longevity. He uses a-hands-on-approach that includes role playing and teaching his clients how to be prepared for client and prospect communication.
Josh graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communications and has worked in the sales/consulting/training field for more than 30 years.

Jodi earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management Institute.
